The SDR position is an inside sales position and requires outbound calling to prospective clients. You will be gathering data and actively listening by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems and present solutions through our software. This will require independent thinking, initiative and decisiveness. The main objective of the SDR is to create an interest with the prospect and schedule a demo with an Account Executive.



  • Cold/warm-calling key decision makers to generate sales
  • Thinking strategically to deliver software solution that provides value to clients' bottom line
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to support the Software Sales Account Executive team
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.



  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the internet and basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal & communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Persistent, organized and highly motivated
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while maintaining multiple priorities a must
  • Experience selling software a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
