The Account Executive position is an inside sales position. The AE will be conducting demos of the software to perspective customers. The AE will be responsible for appointments set up by our SDR team and making outbound calls to set up demos. You will be gathering data and actively listening by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems and present solutions through our software. This will require independent thinking, initiative and decisiveness. The main objective of the Account Executive is to get clients to sign up for the software with integrated payments.


  • Cold/warm-calling key decision makers to generate sales
  • Thinking strategically to deliver software solution that provides value to clients' bottom line
  • Becoming a subject matter expert by acquiring ongoing marketplace intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources
  • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need, offering appropriate value proposition, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the internet and basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal & communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Persistent, organized and highly motivated
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while maintaining multiple priorities a must
  • Experience in selling software a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
