Improve efficiency for the sales organization by establishing SaaS-based analytics broadly across the sales channels as well as creating processes, policies, change management protocol, business requirements and data governance to ensure effective and scalable sales processes consistent with SaaS business models. Identify, design and deliver projects, processes and tools that drive revenue and enable sales to achieve objectives. Develop detailed and accurate forecasts leveraging analysis on pipeline stages and opportunity funnel. Ensure pricing and legal guidelines are followed to support achieving sales objectives. Lead correct adoption of CRM (SalesForce and Nutshell) so that dashboards and reports are accurate, fully understood and utilized. Drive projects and processes that ensure data cleanliness and establish data governance rules to ensure integrity. Builds and manages analytical tools and processes that support key objectives such as demand, service and revenue forecasting, plan optimization, and gap analysis. Coordinates and leads cross functional efforts that identify key improvement opportunities, then designs a plan of action, executes the plan, reports the results, and ensures sustainability. Responsibility for managing the sales organizations budgets and budgeting process including monthly operations and incentive programs (ie: Voyager and President's Club).



  • Develops advanced analytical tools and reporting to support the entire SaaS process and improved operating models for sales.
  • Manage CRM and power BI and other related systems and negotiate with and manage vendors/contractors for design and creative services.
  • Develop Annual and Quarterly Budgets. Build out 3-year financial models to project long-term growth targets.
  • In conjunction with finance, performing pricing and elasticity analysis to drive additional revenue through shifts in go to market approaches.
  • Proactively provide analysis, forecasts and reporting to enable Revenue and Sales Operations leadership to effectively manage and support long-term strategic plans and M&A activity.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures across all functions including Sales, Support, Admin, HR and Finance. Work with the sales compensation team to help manage compensation and bonus plans.




  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations (finance) and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in payments technology or SaaS software is desired, not required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make decisions
  • Team player who brings a "can do" attitude to work every day
  • Experience and willingness to interface with sales all levels, finance, marketing and analytics cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Location St. Louis or Atlanta
