Lead our database marketing efforts to develop data management processes across our marketing technology systems. Serve as the database subject matter expert in the marketing area. Create scalable processes and insights that inform and ensure best practices in data architecture, campaign strategy, lead nurturing, and database management. Idenfity and gather data from internal and external sources, establish data hygiene processes, and lay the data foundation for understanding the behaviors of our current and prospective customers. You will play a key role in streamlining and segmenting our data in support of achieving acquisition and cross-sell revenue goals. This is a unique opportunity to develop marketing database systems and processes for a fast-growing company.


  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in servicing and supporting campaign data, lead management, campaign analytics, and marketing list management
  • Create and maintain a marketing data environment that will allow for the reporting of marketing and sales activities, detailing their effectiveness and business impact through all marketing channels
  • Lead high visibility initiatives, including working with a cross-functional team of data and business area leaders to create the master data management standards which will allow for decision-makers to view one source of truth for customer and prospective customers
  • Work with key stakeholders to grow the lead database, while implementing lead scoring and cost per lead and cost per customer acquired metrics
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to validate personas for existing customer segments, and create new personas for customers in emerging vertical markets
  • Collaborate with Product Management to support market research that will help quantify and build business cases for expansion of marketing efforts for existing products, and aid in the support for new products
  • Work with the key stakeholders to establish our marketing data insights center of excellence, and serve as the data steward and leader of marketing data governance




  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree/certifications a plus
  • 5+ years of database marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology or financial services company
  • Experience with the following systems: Power BI, Salesforce, SAS, SQL Server, Google and Adobe Analytics, DMPs, SPSS, marketing automation systems (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Hadoop, NoSQL, basic API integrations
  • Strong technical and analytical skills and experience with enterprise reporting and data analysis
