Lead efforts to develop analytics across our marketing technology systems, and drive revenue through actionable analytic insights. You will serve as the marketing analytics subject matter expert. You will create scalable processes and insights that inform best practices in our lead generation, segmentation, and predictive analytics strategies. Your work will help us establish key metrics, test current beliefs, and validate target markets where we have the greatest opportunity for reveue growth. Your work will make an important impact as part of our fast-growing company.


  • Provide insights that will guide revenue generation and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Work on high profile initiatives, including establishing our predictive analytics and predictive modeling competency
  • Lead and oversee applying data science practices throughout our marketing and sales areas
  • Partner with the Finance and Product Management teams to implement best practices to validate both quantitative and qualitative reporting and analytics
  • Create and execute analytical processes to identify marketing opportunities, traits, and segments
  • Identify patterns that lead to personalized approaches which will produce more qualified leads
  • Provide analysis and strategic direction for organic and acquisition-based list growth
  • Collaborate with an inter-departmental team to analyze marketing and sales data, including sources of unstructured data, to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization or opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize campaign performance
  • Implement and optimize data integrations across marketing platforms
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services) and lead management processes across those systems using advanced data analysis techniques



  • Bachelor's degree required; Advance degree/certification a plus
  • 5+ years of analytics leadership experience, preferably in a B2B technology or financial services company
  • Experience with advising senior management on achieving revenue goals
  • Strong technical and analytical skills and experience with enterprise reporting and data analysis
  • Experience using data, statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques to develop forecasts and predictive models
  • Previous experience implementing an enterprise analytics platform
  • Experience with the following systems: SalesForce, SAS, Power BI, SQL Server, Google and Adobe Analytics, DMPs, SPSS, marketing automation systems (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Hadoop, NoSQL, basic API integrations
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
