The position of the Sales Development Manager will be responsible for the daily team management of the Sales Development Representatives in our West Palm Beach office. The SDR Manager will need to ensure the team's goals and business initiatives are met using increased employee engagement by call monitoring, walking the sales floor to support SDR's daily tasks, evaluating individual's performance and motivating the team using a sales driven mentality with high energy!


  • Monitor SDR calls and provide coaching and assistance as needed
  • Track and report call metrics for all SDR's
  • Ensure the team's sales goals are met
  • Maintain reporting for SDR performance metrics
  • Evaluate each SDR's performance monthly
  • Manage all SDR PTO requests and balances
  • Submit weekly timesheets for payroll
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of Sales experience
  • 1-2 years of Management experience; Call Center Management is preferred
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Basic Math Skills
  • Experience working in or other CRM experience is a plus
